Apply to VolunteerIsland Flow Judo believes that developing the sport requires more than students. We also need coaches, mentors, and experienced Judoka willing to contribute.
Volunteer coaches can help us introduce more people to Judo, support our classes, develop young athletes, and create a stronger Judo community in Grand Bahama.
You do not necessarily need to be a career coach. Experienced Judoka who have the appropriate technical background, attitude, and willingness to help may also be considered.

Previous coaching is valuable, particularly experience teaching children, beginners, or competitive athletes.

Some Island Flow Judo activities involve children and young people. Creating a safe, respectful, and positive training environment is an important part of selecting volunteer coaches.
Applicants may be asked to provide proof of Judo rank, qualifications, identification, or other appropriate information before being approved to coach.
