How Classes Are Organized

Each training session is 90 minutes. During class, students may be divided into smaller groups based on age, size, experience, ability, and the techniques being taught.

This allows coaches to work appropriately with newer and more experienced students while keeping everyone part of the same Island Flow Judo youth program.

YOUTH JUDO PROGRAM

Simple, Structured Training.

Our goal is to make Judo accessible while providing structured and consistent training for young people in Grand Bahama.

Students train as part of our youth program, with classes organized into appropriate groups based on factors such as age, size, experience, and ability.

This allows newer students to develop strong fundamentals while more experienced students can continue progressing through more challenging drills and training.

If We Cannot Hold the Class

If a scheduled class cannot be held because fewer than 4 students are registered, the affected session will not be lost.

That session will automatically roll over and can be used during the following month.

If a Student Misses Class

If the class is held as scheduled and a student does not attend, the missed session is considered used.

Student absences do not roll over and are not credited to the following month.
